Hello, my name is Mark Mastroberte.

I bring more than 30 years of experience in technology sales, having worked with some of the world’s most respected IT companies, including Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Hewlett-Packard, and Dell Technologies. Throughout my career, I progressed from an Inside Sales Account Manager to roles as a Territory Account Manager, Enterprise Account Executive, and ultimately a Global Account Executive. I consistently sought out new challenges, expanded responsibilities, and opportunities to grow—both professionally and personally.

Over time, however, I began to realize that the fulfillment I once found in my work was no longer the same. The industry had evolved, corporate environments had changed, relationships looked different, and—most importantly—my own priorities had shifted. As I reflected on what mattered most, one constant remained clear: I have always been deeply motivated by helping people succeed. Whether supporting customers in solving complex business challenges or mentoring individuals early in their careers, that purpose never faded.

While it was easy to identify what I no longer wanted, defining my “Career 2.0” was far more challenging. That journey became possible when I was introduced to a Career Ownership Coach® with The Entrepreneur’s Source®. Through that process, I gained clarity about who I was beyond a 30-year corporate career and how to leverage my skills, experience, and values in a more meaningful way. With a strong desire to help others and a commitment to self-sufficiency, I chose to become a Career Ownership Coach® myself.

Today, I am living a career that aligns with both my professional goals and my personal values—one that allows me to spend meaningful time with my wife and twin daughters while doing work I truly enjoy. My mission is to help clients uncover their own Career 2.0, empowering them to achieve the income, lifestyle, wealth, and equity they are striving for.
